PROCEDURE FOR DENTAL IMPLANTS TREATMENT
Step 1:

● The specialist may require bone grafting in situations where the bone is feeble or lack the strength to support a medical procedure. The specialist at that point waits for the jawbone to recuperate and after that, places the metal post in it.
● It may take many months where most of the time is spent on healing and waiting for the growth of new bone in the jaw.
Step 2:
● During this cycle, the jawbone will develop and join with the outside of the dental implants. This cycle is referred to as osseointegration as it assists with offering a sturdy base for the new artificial tooth, much like roots do for the common teeth.
● This cycle takes between 3 to 6 months relying upon the bone wellbeing and structure. In any case, the entire process can get finished in one day itself when patients have great bone structure.
● You can plan the second medical procedure however just once the implants are fused with the bone. Your dental specialists will take an x-ray to affirm whether the implants is fit for the subsequent medical procedure.
Step 3:
● Once healed, you may need another surgery to place the abutment. This procedure is performed with anesthesia in an outpatient setting.
● During the abutment placement, the dentist will reopen the wound to attach the abutment to the dental implants. Once the abutment is placed the gums must heal for about two weeks before the implants can be attached.
Step 4:
● In this step, the dentist starts making the permanent crown looks exactly like your natural teeth. Your smile and teeth impressions are used to make the crown — your realistic-looking artificial tooth. But the crown can't be placed until your jawbone is strong enough to support the use of the new tooth.
● After 2-3 weeks a permanent crown will be screwed to the implants. Once the permanent crown is placed, the dentist will explain post-operative instructions.
